How does it work?
It’s as simple
as 1-2-3!
1. Call or
email to sign up here:

or phone: 847-441-1700.
- You will
be asked basic medical information including height, weight, age
and nutritional goals. Based on this information, Karen will
recommend the ideal calorie amounts for you to choose from and
how best to divide those throughout the day. There are many
options to choose from, so this step will be important in
helping you to achieve your health goals. (No additional charge
for this consultation service).
3.
Then, we enter you in the system and you are ready to go!
Every
Friday:
- You will
be emailed an order form and link to the upcoming menu for two
weeks following. Example: Friday February 1st,
you will receive the order form and menu link for the week of
February 11th-17th.
- Your order
form will need to be returned via email
orders@thegoodlifemeals.com or fax by the following
Tuesday at 5PM. Following example from
above: order form is returned to “The Good Life Meals,” by
Tuesday Feb 5th, 5PM. (You have from Friday until
Tuesday to choose your menu options).
- If you are
currently receiving deliveries and we don’t hear from you, we
will have one of our associates contact you.
Deliveries:
- Deliveries
will be made in coolers with ice packs before 5:30am, and will
be waiting at your door when you wake up.

Cancellations are needed ASAP, and a 72 hour notice is required
to not be charged for cancelled items.
